Our unarmed security agents provide quality services by maintaining a high level of situational awareness, maintaining a safe, welcoming environment, and focusing on building trust through community-oriented protection. Agents assigned to the unarmed division undergo continuous physical fitness training, de-escalation training, First Aid/CPR/AED training, and non-lethal defensive tactics training.

Our armed security agents continually embody the characteristics upheld by our unarmed security agents but further expand on these characteristics due to the increased responsibility undertaken by their assignments. Agents assigned to our armed division undergo continuous firearms training, de-escalation training, physical fitness testing, defensive tactics training, First Aid/CPR/AED training, and advanced certifications to counteract the fluidity of the security environment.
